Nicole Adams is the Co-Founder of ALIGN Lifestyle Management. Born in Georgia, she holds a soft-spot for charming environments and southern hospitality. Nicole adds her own creative edge to every experience, space, and client relationship. Using her 20+ year background in business management, advertising, corporate events, and residential interior design, Nicole brings a distinct vision to ALIGN, which she channeled into the development of ALIGN’S progressive business model. A confessed travel junkie, Nicole’s wanderlust often includes wandering back alleys looking for the most perfect tiny restaurant no one has heard of. Fitting for someone whose first words were “Let’s Eat.”
Lauren Redlich
COO & Co-Founder
Lauren Redlich is the Co-Founder of ALIGN Lifestyle Management. With more than 12 years of experience in hospitality and design, Lauren is ALIGN’s operations expert for the firm’s residential and multi-family concierge. Transforming clients’ vision into reality is her forte. Working as the team’s “conductor” she orchestrates everything from complex events to everyday tasks that allows clients to live a meaningful and memorable life. A word of caution, Lauren co-founded ALIGN on the idea of “Not taking no for an answer”. So, watch out.

Jessica Lee Bogar
Director of Strategy | Denver/Boulder
With over 10 years of experience as a philanthropic advisor and non-profit strategist with a focus on women’s economic empowerment and homeless youth, Jessica has a passion for community, extending to curating the most sought-after social events from intimate to elaborate. Jessica joins ALIGN Lifestyle Management as Director of Strategy, heading up operations, business growth, client management and brand development. With experience in both the Los Angeles and Denver markets, she has her finger on the pulse of the best of travel, arts, hospitality and cultural programming.
When she’s not hard at work, she can be found hiking, snowboarding and scouring the globe for the next big thing.
Nicki Keir
Experience Manager | Austin
With 10+ years of experience in event planning, creative direction, advertising and luxury hospitality service, Nicki excels in her ability to usher clients beyond the cookie cutter virtual assistant experience. It was clear at a young age that she had an innate understanding for reading a room and connecting with others. Nicki's years of travel and intuitive high-level strategic planning have allowed her to create an extensive network of individuals all over the globe. Being able to connect on a genuine level allows her clients to trust her implicitly.
Nicki loves her family more than life itself. Her 4-year-old son, 6-year-old daughter, giant Labradane puppy and Austin firefighter husband keep her on her toes. You can find Nicki two-steppin' at Sagebrush or taking a dip at Barton Springs at least once a week.
Jordyn Wasinger
Experience Coordinator | Austin
For over 6+ years, Jordyn Wasinger has had an extensive background in project managing, executive assistant work and office management. Driven by helping others, she takes pride in providing the best experience possible with her energy, organization, aesthetic, and ease moving carefully through processes. She believes that the vision a client has is very important, driving her towards a desired end to meet others needs. In addition to her primary job functions, she also has an extensive background in nutritional health, nanny services, and event coordinating.
Jordyn has many hobbies. Anything outdoors with water is her jam. She enjoys wake surfing, getting creative with fashion, design, and yoga. She loves staying active! Additionally, she has a strong passion for wellness and spreading the art of nourishment. A self proclaimed foodie, she has all the nutritional insight and experience in the Austin area to ensure the best experience possible.

She brings 20+ years of hospitality and customer service with a depth of expertise that helps her perform with aplomb. As a former small business owner, she is used to operating in the trenches. She thrives under pressure and never shies away from a task. Jessica’s passion for wowing the most discerning clients pushes her forward to always be moving the mark.
A New Orleans native, she has a relentless and unapologetic love for a dive bar, a genuine unique experience and a good old fashioned jolly time. When not working, she can be found playing make believe with her 4 year old daughter and laughing at her husband’s jokes.
